Humberto Manuel Argüello Jr. is a 25-year old hispanic american entrepeneur of nicaraguan origin and the founder & CEO of American Factoring LLC. Raised in a family rooted in business, banking and public service and shaped by an international upbringing across Nicaragua, Panama and the United states, Humberto developed early adaptability and a global business mindset. Political instability forced his family into exile to Tampa, Florida at age 15, reinforcing resilence and execution under pressure. Today, Humberto leads AJHJ group, a diversified platform focused on government contracting, sourcing logistics and receivables-based financing, services U.S government agencies from a base in Miami, Florida.

Margina Huete de Argüello is an experienced operations and business development executive with over 20 years in managing large-scale projects, multinational accounts, and driving growth across the U.S. and Central America. She specializes in promotional product distribution, government contracting, product management, and retail operations.

Currently, as Manager Executive at AJHJ Investments LLC, Margina oversees multi-subsidiary operations and promotional supply for U.S. government agencies, focusing on bidding management, contract negotiations, and customer success.

Her past leadership roles include CEO of D’todo Corp in Central America and executive positions in promotional distribution companies. Margina has a proven track record in increasing sales, optimizing operations, and expanding markets. She holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from UCA, Nicaragua, and is licensed in Life & Health Insurance in Florida.

Humberto Arguello is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with over 40 years of experience in manufacturing, distribution, sales, and international trade. He began his career as a business consultant at the Central Bank of Nicaragua in the early 1970s and went on to found and manage various ventures in retail, fast food, construction materials, home furnishings, and commercial contracting in both Nicaragua and the U.S.

Humberto’s expertise spans manufacturing systems, imports/exports, promotional product development, and large-scale project management. His entrepreneurial ventures include founding shopping centers, fast-food chains, retail stores, tile installation companies, and ceramic production businesses, all of which he successfully scaled across multiple markets.

Known for his leadership and strong public-relations skills, Humberto has a proven ability to take businesses from concept to execution, leading high-performing teams and managing multi-million-dollar operations.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee and has consistently applied his entrepreneurial approach to build and modernize companies across various sectors.
